This website is operated by SOLARIS GLAMPING LLC and we provide our products and services under the following Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be periodically modified and updated by our company without prior notification to the guests or any other natural or legal person. For this reason, Solaris Glamping LLC suggests the periodic review of these Terms and Conditions each time the website is accessed. Access to the website implies acceptance and knowledge by the client of the following Terms and Conditions:

REFUNDS:

SOLARIS GLAMPING LLC will not make any refund for NO – SHOW or CANCELLATION of the reservation, instead of this we will the opportunity to change the reservation date. This date change must be communicated by the Guest to SOLARIS GLAMPING LLC within one week in advance (At least 7 calendar days before the scheduled reservation date), otherwise the reservation will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and make the change of date, without any charge to you.

CLAIMS:

If you consider that the services offered do not comply with what was agreed between you and Solaris Glamping, or in the case of objections or situations that prevent the normal development of the services, you must notify our establishment immediately. Contact details are available in your booking confirmation documents and messages. The absence of this immediate notification will limit Solaris Glamping in seeking a suitable solution. However, if after contacting us, an adequate solution is not achieved, you may file a written claim within seven (7) days following the date of termination of the service in question.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES:

SOLARIS GLAMPING LLC will provide accommodation to the person in whose name the reservation was made and the exact number of accompanying persons included in the reservation of each dome (Maximum 2 people). The reservation holder must be present during the CHECK-IN, and all guests must present a valid passport or document (citizenship card and / or identity card).

Domes are generally available, starting at 3:00 p.m. The day of entry or CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT must be done no later than 11:00 a.m. the day of departure. After 11:00 AM in case the room is not delivered; A fee of $ 25 USD will be charged for each additional hour.

The domes have 1 Queen Size bed. Additional beds are not guaranteed, therefore, the maximum occupancy is understood by sharing existing beds, unless the Dome Glamping in question has availability to grant one. Additionally, the Domes have a Sofa bed for a third person who will have to pay the additional charge at the time of CHECK-IN in order to access the property. A fourth person will not be allowed in THE DOMES or Rooms at ANY time.

Fees: Suite rooms: $100.00 USD PER NIGHT, Domes $150.00 USD PER NIGHT

When making the reservation and the respective payment through our website, the guest accepts that at the time of Check-In at our facilities, the Guest MUST provide a Credit or Debit Card to which the receptionist will make a copy, this as a support to make the immediate collection this in case it is necessary that the incidentals and /or the damages if they exist, are not paid in full at the time of Check out.

QUALITY POLICY:

PAYMENT POLICY:

Once you complete your reservation, and make the payment, you will receive our confirmation message via WhatsApp or email. The entire reservation process must be carried out through the website, no reservation will be made in person, the payment of the same must be made with a credit or debit card in your preference, as well as the incidentals and additional services that are provided by the establishment.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Our facilities and accommodations are for ADULTS (18+) exclusively and children or minors from 1 day of birth to 16 years are not allowed because the infrastructure of the place is not optimal for them, for this reason as a company we reserve the right to entry of minors to the place, always seeking the well-being of the guest and thus preventing incidents or, consequently, accidents thereof.

Normally, they are considered minors, guests between 16 and 17 years old, and they pay and must be included in the reservation, as an adult guest.

Most of the rooms and / or domes do not have space for an additional bed for children, and therefore only the sofa bed can be used, the maximum capacity of each Dome and Hot tub is 3 people therefore it is not possible will allow a fourth person at any time.

PET POLICY:

We know that our pets are our faithful friends and we always want to be able to share our best moments with them, but unfortunately in our facilities we reserve the right of permit the access to pets. At Solaris Glamping we seek spaces full of tranquility and rest for the guest and allowing pets would not meet the standards that we seek to manage with our guests.
